Service Description

I am a Masterson Method Certified Practitioner providing integrated equine performance bodywork for your horse(s). The Masterson Method is a modality that focuses on working WITH the horse and his nervous system to relax, release tension, improve range of motion and mobility, reduce stress, and much more. My initial assessment is 2 hours and is $120. During the assessment, I will gather necessary information from you, observe your horse's conformation, posture, stance, and movement, complete an initial evaluation looking for reactivity and existing restriction, and then complete a bodywork session. After the initial assessment, sessions are $90 and usually last for around 90 minutes. This may vary, however, depending on the horse's tolerance, attention span, physical condition, environmental influences, and more. Because each session of Masterson Method work peels away layers of chronic tension, I do initially recommend scheduling at least 3 sessions, between 1 to 3 weeks apart from each other to "get the ball rolling". This is not required by any means, but I do feel the beginning sessions are most effective when we can get ahead of tension patterns, instead of allowing the body to return to old habits.

To cancel or reschedule your session, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not provide 24 hours notice, your session will be forfeit and no refund will be issued. Extenuating circumstances may be considered.
